After each use, rinse the sisal soap bag thoroughly to remove any soap residue. Gently squeeze out excess water without wringing it too hard. Hang the bag in a well-ventilated area to air dry, ensuring it dries completely between uses to prevent mold and mildew. Avoid leaving the bag in water or damp areas for extended periods. Clean the bag every few weeks by soaking it in warm water with mild soap or vinegar, then rinse well and air dry. Replace the bag when it shows significant signs of wear, and avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach to protect the natural fibers.

Here's how it works:

• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.
• We do not accept non-Refillism branded containers for reward points. However, we will recycle, repurpose, or compost anything purchased from our store or website that is clean, washed out, dry, and undamaged. 
• Wholesale accounts are not eligible to receive reward points.

Where to return:

• In order to receive points you must include your NAME and Refillism Reward account EMAIL.

• If returning in person, please only drop off during the business hours posted on Google.
• Use plastic-free shipping materials if possible. We will reuse shipping materials when possible to ship out new orders.
• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize your shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, Mondays, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Please check your spam folders.)
