Create a lather between your hands, soap pouch, or exfoliating cloth, then apply to your hair. Shampoo bars are more concentrated than liquid shampoos so avoid placing/rubbing the shampoo bar directly on your hair or scalp. Like any shampoo, for best results section hair and massage into each section to spread the shampoo lather. Be sure to rinse well to remove all shampoo.

• In order to receive points you must include your NAME and Refillism Reward account EMAIL.

• If returning in person, please only drop off during the business hours posted on Google.
• Use plastic-free shipping materials if possible. We will reuse shipping materials when possible to ship out new orders.
• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize your shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, Mondays, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Please check your spam folders.)
