Return & Exchange Policy

At Refillism, customer service is important to us. Please read our return rules below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@refillism.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Refill products
  • Filled products
  • Soaps, liquids, gels, or powders

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out to us before making a purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@refillism.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll automatically refund you to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
