Rounds are not pre-washed, so wash and dry before use. To clean, loosen stains by rinsing under cold water, then add to wash on warm or hot with like colours using your detergent of choice. Tumble or hang to dry. Fabric will become softer and reach maximum absorbency after a few wash cycles. *Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets as these can decrease absorbency.

Monochrome neutral sets may vary depending on fabric stock.

Where to return:

• In order to receive points you must include your NAME and Refillism Reward account EMAIL.

• If returning in person, please only drop off during the business hours posted on Google.
• Use plastic-free shipping materials if possible. We will reuse shipping materials when possible to ship out new orders.
• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize your shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, Mondays, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Please check your spam folders.)
