Place plastic collar ring into stainless jar lid, thread side up. Thread soap dispenser onto plastic threads. Use the wing nuts on collar ring to get a snug fit. Please note that over-tightening the collar can strip the threads. Place the straw into the soap pump with the angled side down. Use scissors to trim the straw as needed to fit your jar. Screw lid onto your favorite jar and enjoy your new soap pump.

• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.
• We do not accept non-Refillism branded containers for reward points. However, we will recycle, repurpose, or compost anything purchased from our store or website that is clean, washed out, dry, and undamaged. 
• Wholesale accounts are not eligible to receive reward points.

Where to return:

• In order to receive points you must include your NAME and Refillism Reward account EMAIL.

• If returning in person, please only drop off during the business hours posted on Google.
• Use plastic-free shipping materials if possible. We will reuse shipping materials when possible to ship out new orders.
• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize your shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, Mondays, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Please check your spam folders.)
