Send your empty bottles and pouches back to Refillism! You'll earn Refillism Reward points AND help us reduce waste. If you're not refilling, we will sanitize, reuse, repurpose, or responsibly recycle your empty returned Refillism containers. 🌎

Here's how it works:

• Earn 1 reward point per glass bottle or pouch container.
• Eligible Containers: Amber, Black, or Clear Glass Refillism branded containers in 2oz, 4oz, 8oz, 16oz & any size Refillism spout pouches
• Containers MUST be empty, completely clean, washed out, dry and undamaged to receive points. Leave all labels on.
• Sample sizes and non-Refillism branded containers are not eligible.
• A Refillism Rewards account is required to receive points. Click for Refillism Reward Info & to Join
• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.
• We do not accept non-Refillism branded containers for reward points. However, we will recycle, repurpose, or compost anything purchased from our store or website that is clean, washed out, dry, and undamaged. 
• Wholesale accounts are not eligible to receive reward points.

Where to return:

• In order to receive points you must include your NAME and Refillism Reward account EMAIL.
• Ship to: Refillism, Attn: Bottle & Pouch Return, 2572 Eastern Blvd, York Pa 17402
• If returning in person, please only drop off during the business hours posted on Google.
• Use plastic-free shipping materials if possible. We will reuse shipping materials when possible to ship out new orders.
• Ship at least 4 empty containers at a time to minimize your shipping costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.
