Flower essences offer a gentle yet profound way to support emotional, mental, and energetic well-being. Rooted in the work of Dr. Edward Bach, these remedies capture the vibrational imprint of blooming plants to encourage balance, resilience, and inner clarity. Guests who are drawn to subtle healing modalities will find this workshop grounding, accessible, and surprisingly transformative. We’ll explore what flower essences are (and are not), how they differ from traditional herbal remedies, and why so many people use them for emotional support, spiritual connection, and personal growth.
Participants will learn how to select essences for their own needs, how to incorporate them into daily rituals, and how to understand their energetic signatures. The class includes a hands-on experience making an essence, plus discussion of dosage, safety, and practical application. Attendees will leave with their own essence, plus the confidence to begin using these remedies at home for mindful, heart-centered healing.

About Rissa:
Rissa Miller is an editor, author, herbalist, seer, and storyteller. It's rare to find Rissa without tea. No matter where she is or what she's doing, a mug of green tea is her constant companion. Tea is one part of her love of plants. She holds a deep reverence for plants and the answers they offer, whether as smoke in the air, a healing salve for the skin, a plant on the windowsill, or nourishment for the body. She studied herbalism at Chestnut School for Herbal Medicine and the Herbal Academy, and is a member of the American Herbalist Guild.
