How to Use: Used after washing your face and before applying serum and moisturizer. Soak a reusable cotton round, or in the palms of your hands, with the toner, then swipe it over your entire face and neck.
Use a toner morning and night. If your skin gets dry or irritated easily, use once a day or every other day.
