About the Book Club: This club wants to increase our knowledge, awareness, and hope surrounding the environmental issues affecting our world today through reading. We will read books on zero-waste living, minimalism, the natural wonders in our world, as well as eco-fiction novels.
The blue ash tree is one species of ash that can fight the emerald ash borer, an invasive species devastating the ash tree population in North America. This tree represents hope for the environment, which is a feeling the club wants to harness and carry out into the world.
